From the method of construction (reeds trapped between pairs of screws), it's a version of the Weltmeister Claviset, maybe made for someone else. Take a look at http://lennyg47.tripod.com/weltmeister.html
The Cembalet traps the reeds between flat strips with a screw directly above each reed.
