trying to identify a wurlitzer

http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1322/1257538419_6e55ec70bd_b.jpg I am about to recieve this wurlitzer from my grandmother's estate. She was a music teacher for years & got to keep this piano when she retired & it was in her living room for years. it plays well & is in fairly good shape, missing a knob or two, but i cant find any information about it online. I unfortunately did not recieve a photo of the model number/label. any ideas where I can get more information? thanks
