Hey Adam. I have a yamaha cp 70 for sale and i live in downtown atlanta, GA. It is in great working condition. The insides and electronics are in pristine condition, but it will need a tuning once you move it and it has one string broken in the last octave of the piano, an F#, but the string is just normal piano wire and any piano tuner will have string on hand and can replace it. The piano has some minor case cosmetic wear, but nothing more than a few scratches here and there. Let me know if you're interested. I'm asking for 1400 for the piano, case, legs, sustain pedal and all. Look forward to hearing from you. I can email you photos if you're interested. Thanks!
