I like this, I think :^>. Google are promoting an open wireless phone system which looks like it will mandate a LOT more competition among cellular and wireless ISPs. The wireless appliance would be able to access any provider based on strength of signal and price of service. The customer won't be tied to one ISP as he is at present.
By the way... if you find an obtrusive "invitation" to take cnet's survey of "valued customers", but the "invitation" won't go away: disable in-line frames for the CNet site and reload the page and the "invitation" will disappear. Wish I could sue them for that :^).
(Can't disable inline frames for a particular site in your browser? I can in Opera).
