I managed to destroy the taskbar panel in Cooker's KDE desktop. Luckily, the widget thingee in the upper right was still there, so I installed a new panel... But it went to the TOP of the screen; the menu is on the right and the clock is on the left. Weird lookin' thing - but I'm still in business. I'm just sort of browsing through things on this KDE4.1 desktop, which I haven't examined in detail before and don't know much about. I'll probably blow some more stuff before I get accustomed to it.
