I'd be happiest about ECIS' review of the OOXML 'adoption'. If that's proved to be corrupted, it could break the dam against Microsoft for a LOT of its misdeeds. The other stuff in the report has been known for a long time. For example, I remember there were several different work-arounds out to allow W3.1 to run on DrDOS and another non-Microsoft DOS - I don't remember which (it's been a while!).
