No, this is a RCubedTech model with 1Ghz cpu, 2 GB RAM, accelerated video, etc. 2 years old now, does great! I still use that old Dell Lattitude 100 Mhz 16 Mb RAM (12 Mb still works) machine. It has Opera 6 on it (we're at v10 now) and some simple working apps. I can use it when everythig else goes west to surf and find answers. It's come in handy several times. Its ten-year old installation of Proxomitron still keeps the ads away. BTW, that is W95 "C", so it's up to date!
