Ok, I found the file

In Dolphin and double clicked it. Now, this is a blue folder I double clicked, named VMware distribution. It doesn't seem to be a "tar" file. (Right click gave me the option -only- of opening with Konquerer).

Once I double clicked it, it shows the contents. There's one file called "vmware-install.pl" That's the one -I believe- which is supposed to initiate the install.

I right click on that one and I get an "open with". At that point I have no idea what to do with it. Open it with System? With Dolphin? With Add/Remove?
