Yes, I have that in my list. Skipped over it. Sounds like you recommend it? I guess Puppy actually isn't a Slack spinoff, but it can be configured to use Slackware packages (or Debian packages - which could be interesting!).
Sabayon has the world record for slowest-booting live DVD (4 mins 32 sec). :^> Right now it's installing and it looks lkike it will be an hour or so. The installation tool is Anaconda - but a 'different' Anaconda!! It isn't exactly intuitive, and it's hard reading some of the options/instructions because it has very dark text on black background. Sheeeeesh!!
