I had read on the PC-BSD forums that pcbsd didn't work well with virtualbox, but decided to try it anyway. It installed, and I had trouble with privoxy (never did get it working). My screen resolution was stuck at 800x600, which makes a VB window which is very small and hard to work with, so I tried to make it larger. In the processs of messing with the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file, I broke pcbsd, virtualbox, and the host system. :^) Never before broke so many things all at once!!
But PC-BSD is now banished, and everything else is back to normal. Maybe later when 'they' get better cooperation going between VB and the BSDs.
