Ya' know -- this whole copyright thing is getting completely out of hand, and governments are complicit.
This article shows how the UK government helped the music industry fudge the numbers to show that music piracy is a MUCH more serious problem than it is. The UK is accepting self-serving numbers with no backing to make public policy which includes administratively cutting off a person's access to the internet on the music industry's say-so. Judges aren't involved in the process which the gov't is proposing with music industry backing. The accusation would be enough if this policy is adopted in the UK. No judicial review necessary.
And if in the UK, then pretty soon in the US.
