Yes, and I don't understand that. To me, it's more logical to hide the windows-specific stuff and not worry about the Linux-specific stuff. In other words, I can sort of understand their hiding drivers for windows but not for Linux.
However, the companies are getting better with their Linux drivers. Nvidia has just released a few new ones for Linux as I understand it. And I read recently that AMD has released some things. Heck, even Microsoft has released some of their proprietary stuff to open source!!! :^>
