It's MY system. I bought it, so I look at it like this: If I want to run as root/admin all the time, that is MY business since it is MY system bought with MY money, and if I break it, so what? I can reinstall. Norton Ghost 14.0 is installed on this machine and I have the Linux partitions, as well as the Vista partition cloned to the 1TB external hard drive, so I'm not out anything except maybe a few minutes of my time if I break something, and I certainly do not appreciate the computer political correctness goons telling me I CAN'T run as root/administrator, and if they don't like it, they can go cry to someone who cares, because I don't care what they have to say about it. It's funny how they talk about CHOICE, but want to deny you the right to choose to run as root/administrator. Hypocrisy abound even in Linux.
