: Hello and happy new year to Gareth and the
: site managers. I havent been on here for a
: few weeks and its has changed. Keep up the
: good work. Iv been reading some of the
: messages left. I just want to say to people
: who read books of the twins, to read a book
: call Inside the Kray family by Joe Lee and
: Rita Smith. Inside the first few pages it
: shows a family tree of the whole Kray
: family. But my point is the Kray name ended
: with the last generation who was Charlie
: Krays son who passed away. There was only
: seven people in the family by the name of
: Kray. The cousins and aunts and rest of the
: family name was actually Lee. So if you are
: a Lee then maybe you have a connection. The
: kray name was only a small family. I can
: think of only one person left who is a kray
: but nobody by blood and that Is the
: honourable Roberta Kray.
: God bless
In the book to which you refer you will see mention of the Whittington family. The twins were named after my father and his brother, Ron & Reg Whittington. I am the daughter of Ron Whittington. My father sadly passed away in 2002 but his brother, Reg, is still alive and well and living in London.
