My best escape from side control is to work the far arm under his arm and then start pushing his arm up towards your head as you turn into him. But I don't let too many people get around my legs anymore, and try to get to my knees before the secure side control if they do. I don't see a reason to ever be in Vermont, but thanks for you warm offer, I appreciate it. the rev

The live in program is now full with some pretty serious long term guys, so I don't know when it will be available again. It is $450 a month which includes rent utilities and training. You get your own room, and share a living room kitchen and bath. You share some of the responsibilities of the studio liking mopping the mats and stuff.
