Aside from usual message board bravado I imagine the vast majority of EA parents and EA coaches are talking to these boys constantly about not looking past there next opponent and not taking anything for granted. They probably get a little dose of don't get too full of yourself as well. The previously expressed mentality is becoming very pervasive in sports and our general culture. Guess what. Our kids need to learn sooner rather than later that some kids do certain things better than they do. It is very rare in the real world where one person is the best at everything they do. When did the winners/successful/whatever you wish to call it become the bad guy?
Wow! Conversely is there not something to be learned from winning, dominating, etc. These things don't happen by chance. Any team that dominates at this level does so for a reason. I am not affiliated with EA and have never seen these boys play, but I am guessing they have some outstanding peer leadership which affects chemistry, peer pressure to work hard in practice, etc.
