Apparently you have many things to discuss at the CTPW meeting. But please, CTPW Board, decide on all tiebreaking rules PRIOR to any of these potential outcomes (particularly a three-way tie) and communicate it to the presidents. You'll cause much less outrage on the message boards if you do so.
