Coaches are required to send the MPR Sheet with the scores to the CTPW Coaches Coordinator by Tuesday night. The Coordinator then has to read them all, try to figure out the things that are wrote on them and then send the scores sheet (usually by Thursday evening) to the scheduler to update the website. We need to look at a better way to record the results earlier and verify them later.
This has been an issue for many years. It comes from alot of things but starts with the MPR Sheets. 56
