Can some one please explain this process, I know that it is up to the coaches to make the arrangements for the bowl games. But how many bowl games are allowed, I am hearing alot of different stories in referance to the amount, is it 1 bowl game 2 or can you have up to 4. also I heard there was a $150.00 fee for all bowl games is this true ?
