We were especially touched when the EAYJ Cheerleading squad came to our sideline and cheered with our girls and then invited our girls to go and meet the Yellow Jacket fans. While the game was a very physical affair, the players and the coaches were excellent examples of how men act in a competitive environment. We applaud your sporstmanship and the example you set for youth sports. To Larry and the Board of Directors at East Austin, congratulations to you and all you do to provide such a great place for your kids to participate in the great game of football and in cheerleading. Your program is a model of excellence and we wish you success in the conclusion of this season and in the years to come. What a great experience we had last night. Thank you!
The LCP Timberwolves would like to congratulate the East Austin Yellow Jackets on their program this year. We were so impressed with the talent of the PW Football team. Those boys play the game at a very high level and Rod and his staff have done a tremendous job teaching them how to play hard through the whistle. It is unbelievable how many times Yellow Jacket players will make 2 and 3 blocks on one play.
