as a coach i'd have to agree with "but youre wrong". if the players arent "ready" the coach didnt do his job. I also agree it's the coaches job to get the players "ready". The word used was "ready". Once you get the team "ready" it is up to them to execute. but it was said they werent ready and that is why there are football coaches to prepare teams and get them "ready". which i might add westlake did just that exceedingly well.
