Listen nys is unorganized and it is not worth it any more.I got off the phone with Mr. Briggs the person running (aps).He states that he has teamed with pop warner officials to run this organization better than last year with arena and porwarner rules in place to give it a more realastic 11-man game feel.The fees paid also includes good quality fitted football uniform ex:jersey and pants.Unlike nys one size jersey fits all.APS will also have pop warner and school officals at all games not some joe blow who doesnt know the rules.I had the same concern as everyone else and that is why I called Mr.Briggs myself.I reccomend to call him to get more info and hell at least hes local and can be reached to answer my question unlike nys.Good Luck. www.prostrategiessootball.com
