NYS is used mostly as a practice season for the LCP kids. The teams are already formed well before registration which is probably unfair to new comers.
About the jerseys...we have had duplicate numbers on jerseys so it's pretty ridiculous. The referees generally suck.
However the kids do have a blast and that is what is most important.
