Everywhere you go in Scotland, it's cows and sheep and horses. It's great. And you always get a seat. Indeed, it's rare that somebody will sit next to you. Sometimes, you're the only person in the carriage.
Compare this to London. Same commute time. Say, 60 minutes. But it's just buildings the whole way through. No farm animals to be seen. And you're crammed in there. Standing. It's hot as shit. You're getting light headed. There's not even room to pass out.
What an improvement Scotland is. Who would want to leave this for London? I mean, if you're getting a far better, job, fine, but how many people does this apply to? People aren't working in Subway in Glasgow and getting a job as an investment banker in London. If you're working in Subway in Glasgow, you'll be working in Subway in London.
