That was a very interesting article. I hate rodents and have long felt that the balancae of nature is off, we have chased or destroyed the natural preditors. let the fishers get the rodents that are over running our state. Feral cats don't need to be in our woodlands either. I would draw the line if they captured song birds. If they have been here forever i guess they have a job to do. remember , nature needs balance and the rodents are way out of 'line'. We have chickens and if by chance an owl or hawk gets one, i say oh well, they need to eat too.
I love it when owls get rabbits or other pests in the garden. I don't mean ot sound cruel, but study nature and you will see that all life has a reason. We can't play
God. let nature take its course.
