Yucca damage - is this from last year's Yucca Bugs?

Several of my Yuccas are showing some strange spotting on the leaves this spring. I did have some Yucca Bug (Halticotoma valida) infestation on these plants last summer - which I thought I took care of with Sevin - but now this spring, the leaves on several of my Tucca gloriosas and Yucca recurvifolia have these spots. I don't think these spots are any sort of cold damage since some yuccas, planted away from these - in even less sheltered spots, are fine. I've grown these yuccas for years and have never seen this before. Any thoughts?
My guess is nothing can be done about these damaged leaves now. I assume I just have to be more vigilent against Yucca Bugs this season to avoid them. But I'd love anyone's comments, if they are familiar with this.
Wow that looks nasty, I'd cut the foliage away and let it regenerate and take one to your local extension agent and burn the rest. Once the agent identifies EXACTLY what it is they will make a recommendation of what and when to apply. Maybe keeping some of the lower foliage cut away so there is air movement and no contact with the ground for a season would help. But those yucca bugs are a different plague altogether. I may need to break my organic ways this year with those buggers.
Ron, I had some of that damage on a v. gloriosa, but to the extent of yours, and another one I have was not effected. I cut all the spotted leaves off and threw them away. But yours seems to have so much, if you cut away the leaves you'll have nothing left. I would still trim those leaves off. Those yuccas grow quickly and it will soon regrow a new set of leaves.
YES! Yucca Bugs are real hard to get out of the garden, good luck getting them out ,we have flair ups once a year when it looks as if you have the best of them they surge back from no ware.
