I know how you feel mate, our workshop has the dreaded tin roof and acts a bit like an inverted frying pan! I think it is very important to keep drinking lots of water (not tea or coffee as they are diuretics). We have a fridge full of bottles of water kept nice and cold. We are only doing what we can in this heat and largely "cruising" in the afternoon. Had a customer in yesterday PM wanting a quote on a shed load of welding on a 1977 triumph 2500S, he was told in no uncertain terms that we will not be doing the work in this weather and to book it in when it is cooler! Do not forget that we all have a duty of care to our staff (and customers) and trying to push people in this weather is very bad for moral. Keep cool keep safe and have a relaxing weekend all.
