Posted by Graham Bullock I agree with "the polluter must pay" but I don't see why the "re-cycler" should. If charities can make money from paper collections then why can't the local council? Graham

I'm a secret re-cycler as well. I managed to get a recycle bin and fill it with just paper and cardboard, every fortnight the local council have taken it without question - as they should 
. If they were really concerned about the environment they would do this for all businesses, but as Paul said its just a form of revenue.192
