It seems the long awaited "consultation report" into 4.2.2. due for release in July is now going to be released in Septemberish. This is because the government feel that there have been a number of releases and they don't want another one before they go on holiday. In addition the secretary of state felt that she needed more time to get to grips with the many issues raised.
So maybe they want to be there when the hsit hits the fan or maybe they will let it die a death
Lets hope it gets chucked out.
