Hi Dave,
The reason i was asking is we are filling in a tender document to renew our Taxi Testing contract with the local council and its one of the question they ask (along with Health & Safety, Employment & Training Policy, etc).
I haven't a problem writing one, but thought I'd check first to see if I could save some time....it all has to be in by Friday!
