Hooray, finely a phone call from Nicola at TOP tech, After a fairly long and sometimes heated conversation Crystal Communications have agreed that their communication skills could and should have been better.(different)
They have put systems and procedures in place to insure that a similar thing will not happen to someone else next year.(which must be a good thing)
Apparently I have moved into the "professional trainer" bracket and therefore can not enter "normal" comps. (oh hum, I only hope it is worth it)
I do wish to put this behind me and move on with being a technican,I do not think that Crystal Communications acted with any malaise or intent,and will put it down to a learning curve.(on both sides)
I hereby wish the remaining 11/new 12 finalists the best of luck and may the best person win!!
