Nice idea, but we have made this operation as lean as possible to get costs as cheap as possible.
There is no intention to dictate or increase on costs - just provide what is required to address a problem that the government have given us one last chance to resolve.
Again, this is no hard sell, here's a solution that is acceptable to the government, regulators, consumer lobby and increasingly the sector itself. It's now up to the garage operators that haven't yet signed up.
