Looks like we've generated more opinion and discussion, mainly around punctuation I see!
Let's keep the dialogue up, I see there have been subscriptions to the code from this site already, so thanks for that and I'll be back in a week or two to provide any further info I can.

See the post I made on this site on December 8th, the message remains the same - the intention really is to operate this code through the community of subscribing garages we're building - it has to be for the benefit of the sector, not just another scheme etc etc etc
