Our local Environment agency has prosecuted a couple of companies recenlty for not having the correct paperwork in place for waste disposal. I think one fine was around Ł23,000 and the other was around Ł17,000. In both cases they had been doing everything correctly except the paperwork trail. I am sure they would not hesitate if they found no licence in place for a waste oil heater, thankfully they don't have anything to do with radio noise pollution.
