I got my card machine through the FSB (obviously you have to be a member, which I do recommend).
No installation charge, first three months free rental Ł14.95 pm thereafter, 1.95% personal credit cards, 2.45% business cards, 30p per transaction on debit cards. They use Streamline terminals. Not as cheap as Cardsave it seems but no cost to setup.
