I just cant believe the way this country is managed. A no doubt costly report and consultation into this matter was carried out in the last 2 years and the whole thing was put to bed as a bad idea. Now at a time when getting the country back on its feet should be the main focus of our leaders they are talking about more tinkering with a system that was proven 2 years ago to be a good system.
I don't see how this will save money so why is it being considered???
