I had the same problem with Sunlight, In my case a lot of the boiler suits where in poor condition & poorly repaired.
The recently replaced / good ones I kept and paid the residual value ( to cut my losses)
I took photo of the poor garments before returning them. when they sent me a bill for those I pointed out the condition & that I had photos to back this up. few days later received full credit.
