This was in the Sunday Times yesterday
Seems the government want to punish the untrustworthy motor trade, the government will then seem like the good guy as they are helping out the motoring public. The extra money the the motoring public save can then be spent on rising fuel costs
I hope those lobbying on our behalf can make Mr Hammond see sense
