Hello Peter,
So thet're not only planning to up the deaths caused by unroadworthy vehicles, but upping the speed limit as well to add to them.
Do they not get told the same information from vosa that we do as MOT testers, about how studies have been done to prove that the initial cost savings will be far exceeded by the extra costs in road accidents?
