All your SEPA approved used tyres go to India where they burn them!! 250ml of R12 ain't gonna kill a tree or reduce your life span!! When they fit CAT's to 747,s and stop using depleated uranium shells as tank ammo then send engineers to clean up the mess, you might be able to get me on side 
But really all he did was the same as discharge your 14 year old daughters can of hair spray into the OZON 30mins faster than she could
