Hello again Geoff. I've just tried again & managed to get in. Unfortunatly I don't ever get the pictures on my email from autoinform, just black boxes where the pictures should be. Under the 2nd box (picture?) it says "click here" in blue writing. I did this & it worked. (sure I'd tried it before). Hope this helps, Alan.
