Hi mark.
I Paid up in the end, was not very happy to do so, wrote a letter of complaint about how I felt it was intrapment, they phoned and asked me what stations I listened to, thinking it was some sort of survey,(was off guard)I answered their question, then they told me who they were,and hadn't the P.R.S warned me that they would call!!
Anyway following week got an invoice from P.P.l,
tried all ways of not paying, even spoke to trading standards,no joy.
I tried working for a week with no radio, couldn't stand it, I like a bit of music, so paid up.
