I've never had any problems with TPS in Leeds in fact quite the opposite. I had a customer that needed a new Torq converter TPS quoted for the part and I quoted customer. When the part came it was a flywheel in the box. I rang TPS and they had mistakenly quoted on the Flywheel not the Torq Converter. As this part was almost four times the price the customer could not afford it and asked us to rebuild. TPS paid all our Labour without any problems what so ever.
This was about two years ago, don't know if they would do it now.
