Can anybody point me to a site that explains block exemption in terms that a layperson will understand.
I have a neighbouring business with several vehicles that are being taken to a variety of main dealers. (We see their personal vehicles, MOTs, etc)
The lady in charge of the fleet is worried that Mercedes and Toyota will 'get funny' if the vehicles are serviced/maintained at an independant - ie: Me!
