    Hi All, the one and only non paying customer that I took to court recently, threw up an interesting issue, in explaining my invoice charges, the point was made by the Judge, that the cost of parts, and the parts at cost were in fact the same, and constituted a contract with the customer, so can we have the invoices please, my response was with greatest respect your Honor this can't be right, but He assured me it was, and in future I should word any written or verbal Quotation as such.

    Still doubting the credibility of this statement, I intend to find out whether this is correct.
