    Hi Tony, Tony I think it is the phraseology, cost of parts is exactly that, your cost, is the customers cost, their should be no difference in price, which is why he has directed me to produce the invoices relating to the repair. I always walk and talk my customers through the Quotation by introducing the parts at a price and then the labour element.

    I have spoken to Danial Silverman the debt collectors, about producing an invoice where I am protected against, delinquent payers that use any excuse to avoid payment.

    Each time I have gone to court I have learn'nt something new, the last time the terms and conditions on the back of my invoice constituted an unfair contract according to the Judge, so couldn't be used under the circumstances.
