We took this line about 5 years ago. Was sick of running around doing estimates and almost disappearing up my own backside for jobs I knew I wouldn't get. We'll probably end up at £39.00 + vat this year. It keeps away the dross and you can give your quality customers more time and a better service. I know it won't work for all I appreciate that but it does for us. You go for it.
