Hi all.... Interesting comments thus far! Im going to give that Higgins co. a go cos I think "sometimes" a solicitors letter can scare the whatever out of them. Particular case I have on at the mo. Ive 'won' the case, got the judgement..instructed the balliff.. but if the balliff doesn't do the job (apparently they only will do 5 visits) then I dont know what happens. After all that actually getting the money out of some git who just plainly ignores everything - well I just dont know. Short of exacting some sort of revenge. As I think it was Mark said, we all do write some off ,but they all add up in the end -- and it would be ideal if we could withhold the car until payment (but we just know what happens) - In this case, the womans cheque was stopped after her loving son told her the car "didnt need all that work doing"! It really pigs me off - (Ive got meself going now!!!) Thanks all thus far... Im glad Im not the only one anyway!! Sad eh! Mike
