Is it just me or are we all in the same boat here factors seem to be sending out more and more lower quality parts as a replacement for the parts i have ordrered even giving them a part number i expect it to be that particular brand and not some cheap imitation. I have built up my business over the last11 years on customer trust and they expect me to do a reasonable job at a reasonable cost fitting what i consider to be quality parts so to avoid costly breakdowns yet parts suppliers seem as if they are trying to get the cheapest parts around with more and more makes appearing that i have never heard of. A good example of this is i can no longer get unipart parts off the shelf from Partco and so have stopped using them.
Afraid i demand quality as do my customers from me, I will get off the soapbox now. Kelly
