Hi SteveI first see this ad on the TV a few months back, it then disappeared for a while, now it's back
A few of the motor trade bodies complained strongly to the Advertising Standards Agency about the ad, but the complaint was thrown out as they did not think it portrayed 100,000 honest techs in a bad light, the advertising revenue from the ad outweighs a few moaning trade bodies
On the other hand, they get 5 complaints from politically correct dog owners about an ad where a dog comes out of a guys mouth after a heavy nights drinking and the ad is pulled within 2 weeks......it was a great ad as well
Now we have KWIK FIT telling the motoring public that they are the only garages fit and capable of fixing cars.....once again big budget advertising has more clout than honesty.Perhaps we should get a few dog owners to ring up and say that there was not a bowl of water in the reception for their dog.....may get a result
